- Founded in 2021, the company is a pioneer in the E-mobility and renewable energy sectors in the Pacific, successfully launching the region’s first EV charging network under the Switch Brand.
- The company aspires to establish a Zero Emissions transport ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of Electric vehicles by rapidly rolling out the charging and renewable generation infrastructure required to power them.
Long term committment
- The company aims to develop long term asset-backed contracts that generate interesting returns for investors while producing savings for our partners.
- By leasing assets, using a portfolio approach, the company eliminates the primary hurdles to roll-out, achieving extremely rapid adoption of low carbon technologies.

Support from SPC
- Early Support from SPC to fund legal review into Electricity Act and develop leasing contracts.
- First contracts Signed with Mana & Kundan Singh.
- Kishen Kumar joins the team and manages first charger installations.
- Leaf joins the PFAN Accelerator program.

UNDP’s Blue Accelerator Grant Scheme (BAGS)
- Leaf is selected for UNDP’s Blue Accelerator Grant Scheme (BAGS)
- Loan agreement signed with FDB to fund initial solar installations.
- Leaf launches The Switch Network App and the E-Taxi pilot with Vesi Taxis.
- Leaf taken on by Get Invest to receive advisory support

Commenced installation of Chargers
- Installed DC Fast Chargers between Suva and Nadi, supporting both CCS2 & Chademo.
- Commenced installation of 180kwp of solar installations across 5 sites.
- Recipient of UK-ODA funding to pilot hybrid solar and charging
with Fiji Council of Social Services - Secured tender for first international project, supplying vehicles and solar to Tuvalu.Imported initial Switch branded vehicles to conduct pilots for Viti Mini Initiatives.

First vehicles leased
- Completed installation of first solar arrays. Based on this experience, developing an in house team to manage future installations.
- Finalised first vehicles leasing contracts to FNU and Yatu Lau.
- Successfully completed Tuvalu project and tendered for five other solar/EV projects.
- Developed a $2 million dollar pipeline of projects and remain actively looking for partners.

The SWITCH App
The SWITCH App allows you to access EV chargers across the country, displaying available chargers and then guiding you to them via the shortest route. The App’s mobile wallet can be topped up using vouchers and charge cards that are available at all commercial premises hosting our chargers. The SWITCH App also allows connected smart charger owners to manage their home charging, setting their time of charging and ensuring visibility over monthly usage.
