Operations Manager – Project & Supply Operations

Switch delivers commercial solar, battery and electrical projects across Fiji. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across active projects, including logistics, supply, coordination and execution support.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, supplied, coordinated and delivered, reducing operational load on the business and maintaining control as we scale.
Role responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active projects
- Manage project logistics and supply from procurement through to site delivery
- Coordinate suppliers, freight, and internal teams
- Track progress, timelines and key dependencies
- Act as operational contact for customers and stakeholders
- Manage operational staff and contractors
- Identify issues early and ensure they are resolved
- Maintain structure, visibility and control across operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, logistics or project coordination
- Experience managing people and taking responsibility for outcomes
- Strong organisational and decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Clear and direct communicator
Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy or Pacific logistics environments is advantageous.
Salary: FJD 30,000 – 45,000 plus performance-based bonus
Bonus linked to project delivery, operational performance and cost control.
