Part-Time Finance Manager

Leaf Capital is a fast-growing renewable energy company delivering solar, battery, and EV infrastructure across Fiji. We’re seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to support financial oversight and operational systems as we scale.
This role suits an experienced finance professional looking for flexible, meaningful work in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project-level accounting for solar leases, PPAs, and infrastructure assets
- Track lease receivables, capitalised interest, and multi-site loan balances
- Prepare VAT filings, manage compliance, and liaise with FRCS and external accountants
- Support auditor requests, due diligence, and financial reporting for investors and lenders
- Assist in cashflow forecasting, loan drawdowns, and monthly performance reporting
- Oversee Xero bookkeeping, expense approvals, and operational finance workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, ideally in infrastructure or asset-backed businesses
- Familiarity with Xero, lease/project accounting, and financier reporting
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working across both financial and operational tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
Requirements
- Accounting qualification or strong practical experience in finance roles
- Based in or near Suva (some remote work possible)
- Approx. 2–3 days/week, flexible schedule
